Terms and conditions
- Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot. We will email you a confirmation so you will be fully paid up on the day of your trip. For last minute bookings please check availability first.
- Transportation services are for transport of tourists with normal luggage and each provider will have their own limits. Shared ride services do not transport pets, contact us for options if you have a pet accompanying you. Transportation of pets, additional luggage, or large items must be arranged ahead of time. An additional charge may apply.
- Cancellation charges vary by the provider, please contact us for details.
- For shared ride services (Interbus, Grayline, etc), pickup times shown are approximate. They will vary based on your pickup location and conditions. With your confirmation, we will advise the expected pickup time for your location but times may vary.
- Most services run daily unless they have reached capacity on your date or have not reached a minimum number of persons required for the service to operate. If we are unable to accommodate you on your chosen date, we will, at your option, either reschedule your date or promptly refund your payment, less bank fees.
- Should your plans change and you need to make changes, we will work with the supplier to either accommodate you at another time or refund your money according to our terms & conditions.
- The client is responsible for any fees charged by the vendor as they have committed resources to your arrangement and may have more restrictive policies. The more notice you give us, the more likely we will be able to re-accommodate you.
- For arrangements within Costa Rica please always make sure to carry a copy of your valid passport and your last entry stamp with you. For day and multi-day trips that involve border-crossing you must carry your valid passport and a copy of it with you at all times. We also recommend to have a printed version of your flight ticket, to proof that you will leave the country. Border crossing fees may apply.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable.
- Cancellations of single bookings will incur a $15 cancellation fee (plus any bank or vendor charges). Changes of dates or times may be possible without a fee depending on availability or vendor policy; otherwise the cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations are subject to bank imposed fees which are generally 3% to 5% of the amount. Or we will be happy to apply your payment to another service.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- No shows are subject to a 100% penalty.
