Private and peaceful vacation rental home with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths that can accommodate up to 7. Enclosed within a wall and secure gate, there is a lush garden which attracts birds & sloths. There is a spacious patio by the pool and it is an 8 minute walk to the black sands of Playa Negra. Each bedroom has a separate entrance, ensuite bath & A/C. There is also a pull-out sofa in the office. The villa has satellite wifi, a dedicated office, also with A/C, and ample desks in all bedrooms. The living room and spacious kitchen share an open space with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Outside is a covered patio with a gas grill and a large dining table. Off-street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
