Coastal zoning plan to be signed on Friday!

After years of negotiations and study, a comprehensive zoning plan for the area will be signed Friday Oct 13 at 5pm in front of Hotel Martiza. After years where development rules were unclear (remember the spate of demolitions a few years back?) this will bring a new set of clear rules that all levels of government have signed onto.
