de passage à Puerto Viejo, j'ai découvert avec surprise une rotisserie française dans les caraibes!! Les sympathiques patrons cuisinent un délicieux poulet roti aux herbes de Provence bien de chez nous. Ils déclinent leur menu avec de succulents sandwichs parfaits pour les petits creux de sortie de plage. Idéal pour les backpeckers à petit budget. A ne pas manquer!!
Finding food to take away in Puerto Viejo is very difficult. This is a welcome change to being subjected to just pizza. This chicken is not your standard roasted chicken.. It is prepared by a couple from France and is very tasty (especially the stuffed ones). Keep in mind, the price reflects the quality as well.
